Prices: We can't check every price on every item. However, customers can trust  that on key products they are getting the lowest price and that on all  other products they are getting a good value. We never charge too much  for any product and never “sell” customers on something they do not  need or does not benefit them.

Product Knowledge: Our sales people and service people go through thorough and ongoing  product training courses to ensure they have the expertise necessary to  make good decisions regarding our customer’s transactions.
